On April 15th at 15:02 hours the Lock Haven Fire Department was alerted to Box 202 for a Structure Fire at 210 First Street, Lock Haven. Tower 2-72 responded with a crew of three. Rescue 6-63 arrived on scene to find a three story apartment building with smoke from the apartment at the A/B corner on the first floor. Upon further investigation a kitchen fire was found and extinguished. A primary search was preformed by the rescue crew and a dog was removed alive as the truck crew opened up the building. Crews operated on scene for fifty minutes
