On 5/1/15 at 18:10, the Lock Haven Fire Department was alerted to a call for service at the scene of a previous medical emergency in front of 137 E Main St. EMS requested the response to wash down the area of the curb, roadway and sidewalk. Engine 2 responded with a crew of 3 and upon arrival requested the assistance of City Police as a buffer due to a large amount of traffic during “rush hour” downtown. The Engine operated on scene for 18 minutes with 4 fire department members and one observer. Chief 2 (Harber) had command.
