On 9/7/15 at 0401 hours the Lock Haven Fire Department along with EMS and City Police to the Susquehanna River in the area of the City Beach for a report of a possible drowning, reported two people in the water. Prior to services arrival, a civilian boat on the river retrieved two individuals from the water. Upon arrival of EMS and Engine 2-1 individuals were brought to the city beach where units assisted in docking and removal from the boat. Upon further investigation, units retrieved a refusal from individuals and went available after operating on scene for approximately 30 minutes.
