On 6/1/16 at 0751 the Lock Haven Fire Department was alerted the 200 Block of North Henderson St for a reported structure fire with possible entrapment on the second division. Upon the arrival of Engine and Chief 1, initial reports confirmed a working fire while they were taking the hydrant at N Henderson and E Main St. Tower 2 arrived on scene and positioned on the Alpha Side with heavy fire and smoke pushing from the Bravo Side on division 1. Chief 1 (R. Neff) assumed command at this time. Engine 6 was positioned on E Main St. Division 1 operations were controlled by Chief 2 (Harber), Division 2 by Captain 2 (Wooding). One cat was located on division 1 and taken to EMS.
All searches proved negative.
Units operated on scene for three hours including assisting the State Police Fire Marshal from Troop F (Montoursville) with the investigation.
There were no civilian or firefighter injuries.
