...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
  accumulations of 3 to 6 inches, with localized amounts up to 8
  inches, and ice accumulations of around one tenth are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Onset of mixed precipitation mid-morning Thursday,
  continuing at various rates Thursday afternoon into Friday
  morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
  including during the evening commute on Thursday. Significant
  reductions in visibility are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message...Never drive cars through flooded areas!! The water
may be too deep to allow safe passage. Most deaths that occur during
flooding are related to vehicles trying to cross flooded roadways.

* Flood Warning for
  The Bald Eagle Creek Near Beech Creek Station
* from this evening to Thursday afternoon...Or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 9 AM Monday the stage was...9.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* The creek is forecast to rise above flood stage by tonight and
  crest near 12.5 feet by early afternoon tomorrow.  The river will
  fall below flood stage by Thursday morning.
* At 13.0 feet...Homes in the cottage area are isolated by high water
  from Bald Eagle Creek.

  Somerset, Clearfield, Bellefonte, Hollidaysburg, Tyrone, Westmont,
  Jersey Shore, Windber, Mansfield, Ebensburg, Wellsboro, Belmont,
  Nanty-Glo and Portage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
